Flavor Enhancer (E- 635) This is the most

This is also known as Di-Sodium – 5 –
Ribonucleotide. This flavor enhancer is formed by the mixture of Di-Sodium Guanylate
(E- 627) & Di- Sodium Inosinate (E-631) in the ratio of 1:1 . Both E-627 &
E-631 are produced from yeast and fermentation of carbohydrates with plant
origin therefore are Halal & Veg and thus makes Flavor Enhancer (E-635)
100 % Halal and Vegetarian.
