Abu Dhabi University Scholarships 2023-2024 for international students - Applications now open Apply Today

International students interested in studying in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) can apply for one of the several scholarships available at Abu Dhabi University for the 2023-24 academic year.

The scholarship programme of Abu Dhabi University is designed to enable and motivate excellent students to further their study. ADU scholarships in the UAE and financial assistance programmes are offered to assist students in funding their academic programmes.

Basic Details: 

The University regards it as an important national duty to provide equal opportunities for students interested in pursuing higher education and enabling them to proactively contribute to society regardless of their financial situation, which is why scholarships for master's and bachelor's programmes are available. The following scholarships are available

Graduate Scholarships on the Basis of Merit

Applicants with a minimum undergraduate Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 (or equivalent) who pursue postgraduate courses at Abu Dhabi University are eligible for a 25% tuition fee remission.

Academic Fellowship

1. The academic scholarship will be valid for the duration of the student's full-time enrollment at ADU (registered with a minimum of 12 credit hours). 
2. Tuition expenses for continuing Abu Dhabi University students are waived by 20%.

University Bursary

Tuition expenses might be waived by 10% to 50% for UAE citizens and GCC candidates (GCC candidates must provide officially attested documents).

Scholarship for Athletics

Tuition costs may be waived by up to 25% for continuing Abu Dhabi University students every academic year.

Eligibility

2. For admission to an approved programme at Abu Dhabi University, you must have received the necessary certifications.
3. Be enrolled in a full-time university programme.
4. Meet the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's English language competency criteria.
