Application Process

The process is quite detailed but straightforward:

  1. Choose a Course: You can apply for up to three postgraduate courses.

    • Europass-format CV (signed and dated)

    • Motivation letter (maximum two pages)

    • Recommendation letter from your current employer (signed, dated, and stamped)

    • Guarantee of re-employment (if possible)

    • Proof of language proficiency (IELTS or TOEFL for English; proof of German if required)

  3. Submit to the University: Applications must be sent directly to the chosen university offering the course. Applications sent to DAAD directly are not considered.

Incomplete applications or those not following the instructions will be disqualified.
