​Eligibility Criteria

​To be considered for the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships, strict criteria must be met.

  • New Applicants Only: You must be applying to the University of Oxford for a new, full-time graduate study program. Students currently enrolled at Oxford are not eligible.
  • Residency: Candidates must be residents of eligible developing and emerging countries.
  • Intent to Return: Crucially, applicants must intend to return to their country of ordinary residence once their course is completed.
