  2. University Application: Simultaneously, a separate program application must be submitted directly to the chosen university. Please note that each applicant is allowed to apply for only one program.
  3. Contact the Embassy: The ROC (Taiwan) Embassy, Consulate General, or Representative Office in your country is the point of contact. An initial review will be conducted by them based on the eligibility criteria.
