Govt. of Romania ARICE Scholarship 2026-27 | How to Apply for Fully Funded BS, MS, PhD Scholarships for International Students
The applications are now open for the Romania ARICE Scholarship 2026/27. The Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) and the Ministry of Education grant 40 Scholarships each year to International students to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD from the Romanian accredited state institutions. Candidates worldwide are eligible to apply except for the EU and EFTA member states for the ARICE Scholarship Program. Moreover, there is no application fee, and applicants will undergo a one-year Romanian Language Course for Free to understand the Romanian Language. Eligibility Criteria
- The Scholarship is open to all Nationals except EU.
- Priority is given to citizens of non-EU and non-EFTA states.
- Romanian citizens are not eligible.
- Citizens who have applied for protection in Romania are not eligible.
- Citizens who have a long-term residence permit in Romania are not eligible.
