Live and work in your home country at the time of application
Have at least 2 years of full-time professional experience after earning a bachelor’s degree
Show proficiency in written and spoken English
Be 35 years old or younger at application time
Not currently enrolled in any graduate program
Not have completed undergraduate or master’s degrees outside your home country (in principle)
Not be applying for a second master’s degree
Have a family income below US$50,000 per year and an individual income below US$25,000 per year (Certificate of Income required if selected)
Intend to begin studies at APU in September 2026
Application Process
Apply online to APU: Register and submit your application through the APU graduate admissions system.
Indicate scholarship request: Within your APU online application, request to be considered for the ADB Scholarship.
Upload employment certificates: Provide Certificates of Employment from your current and, if applicable, previous employers. These documents must show employment duration and income.
Alternative income proof: If employment certificates are unavailable, recent income tax returns can be used.
